Epic rock formations create the famous “saddlerock” likewise vineyards wind through mountains.
360 degrees of breathtaking valleys and vineyards are unparalleled. Not to mention a one of a kind spot. We started at Chateau Le Dome where our guy proposed to his special bride to be under a fallen oak tree arch. Our bride to be was completely surprised and delighted. Tears of joy were apparent.The spectacular golden hour sunset shone on the mountains and our couple for their special moment. We visited with the star of their exotic animals Stanley the Giraffe as a matter of fact he is the star of their tour. In addition, our couple got to feed the giraffe out of their mouths! These views coupled with fun make Saddlerock uniquely special spot for engagements.
OUR VENUE
Saddlerock Ranch is not only beautiful furthermore it is historical. There are pristine drawings by Chumash Indians on the property. The Chumash Indians lived along the coast from Morro Bay to Malibu. The Semler family have protected these rare drawings on their property. In addition there is a wine tasting room. The Malibu Wine Safari Tours will let you meet Stanley the giraffe. You can also meet a llama, alpaca, zebra and camel.
