The MicroWedding
Our couple had their big wedding planned and then came Covid-19. But you can’t stop love and romance. Because the County of Los Angeles was offering an online wedding ceremony, our couple called for an appointment. They received a callback and therefore decided to have a Los Angeles micro wedding! People also refer to these weddings as elopements.
On the spur of the moment, they chose their date. Everything else fell into place like magic.
The First Look
The bride and groom are lucky enough to live in an urban setting with a beautiful landscape. The groom waited patiently by the backyard fountain. The bride had a long walk alongside the building and then appeared from around the corner.
The bride wore a stunning gown by Needle and Thread. Her florist Under New Mgmt created a gorgeous bouquet for the last minute micro wedding. Our groom beamed with happiness as our bride twirled in delight.
Even though this was a Los Angeles micro wedding, many guests dropped off champagne for our lovely couple. They decided to pop the cork to start the wedding day celebration. But there was one special guest of honor, their beloved Siamese cat.
The Online Wedding Ceremony
What is a minimony? It is uniquely beautiful and moving. Moreover, everyone cries just as they would at another gathering.
The Zoom Wedding Reception
Our couple had so many guests at their micro wedding. The guests took turns waving and greeting our newlyweds. Furthermore, the moms each made a speech. Zoom weddings are fun!
The First Dance
Of course, our couple had a wedding first dance. The couple took turns showing their wedding attire to guests. Also, they showed off their rings. Then they took the stage as the laptop captured their lovely first dance.
The Wedding Guests
While this was a zoom wedding, there was a special guest. A good friend of the bride’s delivered the gluten-free wedding cake with social distancing. The cake was from Erin McKenna’s Bakery. She then watched the minimony elopement wedding ceremony from her car. Likewise, she toasted the bride from her automobile.
